Variable Speed Pumps

Variable speed pumps use less energy by operating at a slower or faster speed depending on how they are programmed, as opposed to single-speed pumps that use the same amount of power regardless of the flow. They can save some pool owners $50 to $85 per month off their electric bill. Another highlight of these types of pumps is that you will have a dramatically quieter operation – as low as 45 decibels – about 4 times quieter than most traditional-style pumps. The variable speed pump can also be controlled by the automation, which gives you the ability to get the desired flow for the spa or other features.
